RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS REGARDING CREDIT FILES
PURSUANT TO STATE AND FEDERAL LAW

You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit file from a consumer credit reporting agency. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee if, within the past 30 days, you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report. The consumer credit reporting agency is obligated to provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have a reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information by contacting the consumer credit reporting agency directly. However, neither you nor any credit service organization has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Generally, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the consumer credit reporting agency is obligated to remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is more than 7 years old and bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years. If you have notified a credit reporting agency that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file, the consumer credit reporting agency is obligated to make an investigation and modify or remove inaccurate information. The consumer credit reporting agency may not charge a fee for this service. Any relevant information and copies of all documents you have concerning the disputed information should be given to the consumer credit reporting agency. If the investigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the consumer credit reporting agency to keep in your file, explaining why you think the information in the credit file is inaccurate. The consumer credit reporting agency is obligated to include your statement or a summary of your statement about disputed information in any report it issues about you.

The Federal Trade Commission regulates credit bureaus and credit repair organizations. For more information contact: The Public Reference Branch, Federal Trade Commission, Washington D.C. 20580.

                                                          OVERVIEW OF SERVICES

Credit Guard, Inc. will facilitate the process of challenging the accuracy of the items presented to us by the client(s) on their credit reports (see List of Adverse Information). This can include items from all three sections of the credit report (Personal Information, Payment History or Inquiries). This will be accomplished by one set of written correspondence between Credit Guard, Inc. and the three major credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion, Equifax and in some instances directly to the creditors themselves. In addition, the client(s) will receive one ID Theft Recovery Kit™ per client agreement by mail. This is a comprehensive do-it-yourself kit that may aid the client(s) in identity theft recovery and prevention. No charges will be billed until all contracted services are fully performed, which takes approximately 3 business days beginning on the date of the signed Client Agreement. Your account will not be charged nor will you be invoiced any sooner than the 4th day from the date you sign the Client Agreement. Once Credit Guard has mailed the one set of challenges to the three major credit bureaus and the ID Theft Recovery Kit™ to you, the client(s), our services are considered fully performed, regardless of any future changes, if any, to the credit report or credit score of client(s).

RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS REGARDING CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
